Self Drive Tours
Major highways such as the Leichhardt and Great Inland Way are fully sealed and the accommodation is as varied as it is comfortable. If you're on the caravan journey of a lifetime, you will be pleased to know nearly all towns have caravan parks.
There are a myriad of excellent scenic drives throughout the Western Downs. Pop in to any one of the friendly Visitor Information Centres, and ask for a map of the local tourist drives. All highways and major roads are sealed, but it may be necessary to travel on the unsealed roads to reach some of the more interesting attractions.
